The 2019 Call4Startup ended, awarding NED project of Midori and its co – founder Christian Camarda. The project aims to save on energy bills by monitoring and managing domestic energy consumption through advanced data analytics and machine learning algorithms.
It was also an opportunity to debate and innovate with the other 4 selected finalist startups, which have created other strategic projects: To Be, which proposed Conny, a street lamp that in addition to providing lighting can communicate with citizens and tourists using LiFi technology; Huna, which created Light Touch, a cloud platform designed to map, plan and manage public lighting systems; Sense Square, a smart air quality monitoring system; and finally Visionar, which is developing electrical storage systems based on next-generation battery packs.
Giuseppe Giordano from Enerbrain and Paolo Magni from EIT Digital were also guests of the event, who contributed to enrich the topic of open innovation.
